If you have driven by our site lately, you’ll have noticed that we went from three to six poster sessions and that each is now a half hour in length and coordinated to start at break times, although there is still some overlap with the following sessions at the other end of things. This change was precipitated to try to enable more participation in the poster sessions and bring together posters of a similar theme. On this later point, we didn’t always succeed, but at least the posters are grouped better than they were.
As the user interface comes together, you will find that each poster has a page to itself, and that you should be able to get to the poster video, abstract PDF, poster PDF, and discussion all from the same place. Likewise, there will be a Zoom link for the Zoom room should you wish to question the poster authors live. As May 13 rolls around and people have uploaded their materials, I’ll post some more about how to navigate the poster session and what to expect.
